Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders that are canceled before they are shipped will be refunded for the full amount minus a 5% processing fee. Unfortunately, we are out-of-pocket these processing fees as soon as your order is placed, even if you cancel the order right away.
To be eligible for a full or partial refund (minus shipping charges and any applicable fees), the item must be in the same new condition you received it, unopened, with all original packaging material. Pens must not have been opened, tested, or used in any way. You may not receive a full refund if the item is not returned to us in the condition you received it in. To be eligible for a full or partial refund, please contact us within 14 days of recieving your item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit back to us.
